Service Policies

1.       Excera guarantees that all products shipped to Distributor shall be of good quality, brand new, and free from defects in design and workmanship under normal use.

2.       Excera sets up After-sale Service Fund (ASF) for every distributor.

3.       Excera provide technical training services for our distributors.

4.       Excera also may provide distance training and technical assistance via telephone, fax, or other means of communication for Distributor if Distributor fails to join in on-site training.
